You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you have already connected with a technician and your phone has been serviced, but you claim that the service provided did not work, we may require you to submit video proof. You can submit videos directly to our email at email@example.com or upload the video to a third party video host like youtube and email us the link.
